Class Descriptions

Bootcamp- We Want You! Get ready to be pushed (ENCOURAGED) during this 40 or 60 minute cardio workout. This class combines plyometrics and calisthenics drills to offer a challenging option in your cardio rourtine. Also, be prepared for a circuit that may involve pushups and lunges. Let's go!

 

Energy Ride- A party with pedals. Work your body to high energy beats of rock, hip hop, alternative, pop, and techno as you climb, sprint, and run!


Indoor Cycling- This energizing class is suitable for a wide range of fitness levels. Indoor Cycling combines inspirational music, expert coaching, and a variety of training principles all at an individualized pace. Be prepared to sweat! *Reservation Required.


Interval- Blast away calories with this fast paced workout! This class will let each participant challenge themselves through a number of 1 minute work periods followed by 3 to 5 minute recovery period. It may also include strength exercises. Be ready to shuffle, jump, jog and even step through a few basic combinations to burn those calories. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

PIYO Live- Do you enjoy Yoga? Do you enjoy Pilates? If so, PIYO Live is the class for you! This tasteful combination of Yoga and Pilates will be sure to provide you the best of both formats!

Power Sculpt- This 45 or 60 minute class will focus on sculpting strong muscles with a variety of equipment and exercises. It may also incorporate a bench and/or exercise ball. Plan on getting those muscles toned and tightened. Appropriate for all fitness levels.


Resistance & Core – A combination of resistance training, balance, and core strengthening, Resistance & Core will be sure to leave you feeling balanced and ready for the day.

 

Total Body Tone- Come use a variety of resistance exercises to tone and sculpt your body. Classes will incorporate all manner of dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight exercises, and other fitness mediums to improve overall tone.

 

TNT Fat Blast - A mix of kickboxing, tabatas, and cardio intervals will attack that unwanted fat to the tune of upbeat music with heart pounding rhythms.

 

2X Strength - Double Strength is a whole body fitness class suitable for all fitness levels. A variety of equipment infused with cardio intervals, will provide a workout from head to toe taking your body to the next level!
