Class Descriptions
Boot Camp- We Want You! Get ready to be pushed (ENCOURAGED) during this 40 or 60 minute cardio workout. This class combines plyometrics and calisthenics drills to offer a challenging option in your cardio routine. Also, be prepared for a circuit that may involve pushups and maybe a few lunges.
Cardio Pump - A "Players Choice" class - you decide if you want 50 minutes of cardio or strength intervals. Either way, it's a guaranteed awesome, sweaty, heart pumping workout!
Indoor Cycling- This energizing class is suitable for a wide range of fitness levels. Indoor Cycling combines inspirational music, expert coaching, and a variety of training principles all at an individualized pace. Be prepared to sweat! *Reservation Required.
Interval- Blast away calories with this fast paced workout! This class will let each participant challenge themselves through a number of 1 minute work periods followed by 3 to 5 minute recovery period. It may also include strength exercises. Be ready to shuffle, jump, jog and even step through a few basic combinations to burn those calories. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Kick Interval- This class combines kickboxing with interval training - a killer cardio mix! Be prepared to leave class feeling strong and powerful (but don't fight anyone on the way out!) Class is 50 minutes long, and abs/core are included!
Killer Abs / Express Core (15 mins)- A fifteen minute non-aerobic class focusing on core strength and stability. Focusing strictly on the abdominal region and training the lower back. Killer Abs is sure to toughen up any mid-section and is suitable for all fitness levels.
Pilates – A 60 minute class, Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility, but also strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back.
Plyo Sculpt – A combination class! Get powerful plyometrics intervals mixed with strength training to torch calories on your lunch hour! This 50 minute class will whip you into sculpted form while pushing your body to the limits!
Power Sculpt- This 45 or 60 minute class will focus on sculpting strong muscles with a variety of equipment and exercises. It may also incorporate a bench and/or exercise ball. Plan on getting those muscles toned and tightened. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Relaxation Yoga- A calming Vinyasa flow yoga class that focuses on increasing strenth, balance & flexibility through mindful breathing, proper alignment and focusing attention inward. Suitable for all fitness levels.
R.I.P.P.E.D. – This 50 minute class is guaranteed to burn between 750-1000 calories! Find all your cardio and strength training in this class: Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, and Endurance make up this awesome class. Want more? Join our RIPPED Training Camp to enjoy our early morning and later evening classes! *Early AM or Later PM sessions require Training Camp enrollment.
Step - This is a high-energy cardio class that alternates step choreography with intense muscle conditioning exercises. This is the ultimate total body workout and will definitely be one of your favorites. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Tone and Cycle- Another combination class - this 60 minute class is part indoor cycling, part strength training, and all muscle! Appropriate for all fitness levels. *Reservation Required.
Zumba ® - “Ditch the workout – Join the PARTY!” Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries! So much fun!
